Hung Clothing Co., we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags and packaging included.

To start a return, please contact us at mrjames77@hotmail.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
